The mission of this event at the Pickleweed Center is to raise consciousness regarding sustainability to the Latino and Indigenous communities in the San Francisco Bay Area. Anank will be one of the distinguished panelists and will be discussing the impact of global warming on the Amazonian Rainforest and the communities he represents.

You will learn how to apply this knowledge towards increased happiness and reduced stress. We will conclude this event with a guided meditation. Americans visit Shuar villages in the Amazon Rainforest, Ecuador
A group of Americans traveled to the Ecuadorian Amazon and shared in the ancient knowledge of the Shuar. They visited exotic places that most tourists would never see. For the Shuar, their jungle home is a paradise where they live among the sacred places of their ancestors.

At this large international conference, Anank gave a presentation about Shuar Uwishin healing traditions that his people have practiced for thousands of years.
